Deep groove ball bearings are available in a variety of sizes, and are the most popular of all rolling bearings. This type of bearing supports radial load and a certain degree of axial load in both directions simultaneously.

Shielded/sealed type

Simplifies sealing structure of applications.

Greasing is not necessary because bearings are pre-lubricated.

With locating snap ring

Bearings with a locating snap ring can be fit to the housing easily, as the locating snap ring facilitates axial positioning.

Extra-[miniature bearings] and miniature ball bearings

The open type is widely used. Also available are the shielded/sealed type and the flanged type; the latter is easily positioned in the axial direction.

Maximum type ball bearings

These bearings are single-row deep groove ball bearings with a filling slot on both the inner and outer rings. They feature an enhanced radial load rating as they can contain more balls of larger diameter.Not suitable for applications that involve axial loading or high-speed rotation.

When the ina bearing is installed, the filling slot on the fixed bearing ring should be in a no-load area.

miniature bearings are composed in a variety of parts, including an outer and inner ring, balls, retainers and snap rings. They may also have shields or seals, flanges and steel ball cages. Miniature ball bearings come in a number of different types. They can be radial ball bearings, designed for radial loads, which will be either deep groove or angular contact bearings, or they can be axial bearings, designed for thrust loads. They can have flanges for stability or no flanges. They can be shielded or open. Shielded small bearings offer additional protection in both directions, as they help prevent contamination into the bearing and also help prevent lubrication leakage from the bearing into the application.

There is a wide variety of applications for miniature bearings. Small skf bearings can be used for medical applications, in anything from dialysis machines to medical robotic devices. They may be used in office products such as check and money sorting machines, or in computer peripherals like hard drives.
